The THIRD <br />meeting will be held from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on Thursday, August 24th, in the City Hall <br />Council Chambers at Lexington and County Road "C". <br /> <br />Agenda for the August 24th Meeting: <br /> <br />1. Call to Order - 3 :OOpm <br />2. Introductions <br />3. Review of past meeting issues and booklet information <br />4. New ideas to.be added to strengths and weaknesses. <br /> <br />5, Discussion with City and County engineers: <br />a) feasible road improvements and timing <br />b) funding sources <br />c) traffic studie8 needed ? <br /> <br />6. Introduction of Design Guidelines - example ITom Twin Lakes Design Guidelines <br /> <br />7 Set next meeting agenda and date (September 28, 3-5pm ?) <br />8. Adjourn. - 5:00pm <br /> <br />The primary purpose of the meeting will be to hear ITom the city and county engineers regarding <br />road capacity and improvement feasibility, There will be time for business and property owners to <br />suggest both short term and long term improvements that can be made to the area, What is it that <br />you would like to see done to improve your business neighborhood?
