Many times, plowing begins
when fi'bsinesses close for the'eveniDg and doesn't conclude until 5 or 6 a.m.,just before
employees and deHveries return.

Many deliveries come from out of state and it wQuld seem impossible to schedule certain
deliveries in a restricted time frame. Regarding trash removal, again it becomes difficult
and risky, many times, to have trash removed during the day amongst the delivery and
business traffic.

'fr-

I would hate to see a restrictive ordinance enacted, that may only impact a 5ID.al1 portion of
the city's population, cause more difficulty for bl!sInesses to maintain their operation in
Roseville or not even to consider it as a location.

R

uncil to very carefully consider any more restrictive ordinances such as the one
and the impact to business development within the: city.

Mark E, one, CPM
Vice President

:?ji

2575 N_ Fairview · Suite 250 · RoseviUe, MN 55113 · (612) S~12 · Fax 633-9221

?/> ,

** TOTAL PAGE.001 **
