You are best qualified
to determine when you need your lot plowed, your garbage picked up or
deliveries made.

YOUPAYTHEFREIGIIT
As owners of commercial or industrial property, you are paying a lot higher taxes
than residential neighbors on properties of the same value. The profits, wages,
salaries, benefits and taxes provided by business enable the residents of Roseville
to live in a well-educated, prosperous community.

BANDS OFF
If you conduct your business responsibly, the city government should be doing
everything in its power to allow you to run your business smoothly and efficiently.
Timely delivery of services increases efficiency, profits and tax collections that
benefit city government.

SNOW JOB
Plowing occurs at the direction of the business owner or the convenience of the
plowing service. The snow should be plowed before it freezes down or is packed
by traffic. Ideally, plowing should be completed prior to the arrival of delivery
trucks, employees, and customers in order to reduce hazards for all. Most plowing
contractors plow for several accounts so they must plow day and night in order to
get the job done.

1
