<br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />15-22-11C <br /> <br />As recorded on Document Number 1401167 dated June 22, 1956 in Book 1220 Pages 331 thru 333 in the <br />City of Roseville, a municipal corporation, hereby releases in full the perpetual underground sanitary sewer <br />mains, pipes, and appurtenances to Bradley Real Estate Trust said easement lying over the following <br />described parcel of property lying and being in Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The West 30' feet and the South 30' of a 60' easement lying within the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, <br />Township 29, Range 23, part of a parcel ofland described as follows: <br />Subject to Ryan Avenue; the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said <br />Section 15, said easement is the East 30' and the North 30' of said parcel ofland in the Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 15, the centerline of such sewer, which is also <br />the centerline of said 60' easement, being described as follows: <br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said parcel; thence Northerly, following the East line of said parcel, a <br />distance of approximately 626 feet to the Northeast comer of said parcel; thence Westerly, following the North <br />line of said parcel, a distance of approximately 660 feet to the Northwest comer of said parcel. <br />THAT PART OF THE NORTHERLY 30.0 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE <br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 29, <br />RANGE 23, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA LYING BETWEEN TWO LINES DRAWN <br />SOUTHERLY PARALLEL WITH THE EAST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE <br />SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 15 AT POINTS <br />ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST OF THE <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 15 DISTANT 196.35 FEET AND 425.99 FEET <br />WESTERLY OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE <br />NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 15, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />Dated: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />)SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />On this day of , 1995, before me a Notary Public within and for said County personally <br />- <br />appeared_Vernon A.
