<br />RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />15-22-11D <br /> <br />As recorded on Document Number 1417804 dated December 14, 1956 in Book 1540 Page 107 in the City of <br />RoseviIJe, a municipal corporation, hereby releases in full the perpetual underground sewer mains, pipes, and <br />appurtenanceS to Bradley Real Estate Trust said easement lying over the following described parcel of <br />property lying and being in Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota: <br /> <br />The Easterly thirty (E'ly 30') feet and the Northerly thirty (N'ly 30') feet of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of <br />the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 15, Township 29, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota.
