<br />and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. <br />2. Rental vehicles and trailers shall be parked in an orderly manner in two designated areas, as <br />indicated on the attached site plan. These spaces are indicated near the northwest corner of <br />the building. Vehicles returned after hours may, from time to time, be parked outside of <br />designated areas but shall be moved to designated areas at the resumption of business hours. <br />3. Normal rental vehicle inventory shall be limited to 10 total vehicles, six trucks and four <br />trailers. The size of trucks or trailers shall be a maximum box length of 26 feet or less and <br />a gross weight of no more than 26,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight. <br />4. No major repairs or maintenance of rental vehicles shall be done on site, nor shall inoperative <br />vehicles be stored on site. <br />5. Seven parking spaces for customer parking shall be maintained on the north side of the <br />building. These spaces shall not be used for rental vehicle parking. Employee parking shall <br />be south and west of the building. <br />6. Materials for outdoor storage shall be limited to those specifically mentioned in the <br />application. Equipment used for loading or unloading of said materials shall be operated only <br />between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on <br />Saturday. <br />7. Polyethylene pipe, (coiled black plastic pipe), shall be neatly stacked no more than eight feet <br />high in the area indicated on the site plan. <br />8. PVC pipe, (white plastic pipe, 20 feet lengths) shall be neatly stacked in bundles measuring <br />approximately 20 feet long by 4 feet wide by 18 inches high as indicated on site plan. <br />Bundles shall be stacked no higher than approximately six feet. Unloading of PVC pipe <br />requires use of a bobcat or forklift and shall only occur during hours specified in #6 <br />9. Concrete landscape products shall be neatly stored on pallets in the area indicated on <br />attached site plan. Pallets shall be stacked a maximum of two high or approximately six feet. <br />Loading and unloading requires the use of a bobcat or forklift and shall occur only during <br />hours specified above. <br />10. All outdoor storage materials shall be placed within the fenced area shown on the site plan. <br />No further expansion of the storage area shall be permitted. <br />11. Along the south property line, a strip of spruce and pine trees and deciduous shrubs <br />approximately 15 feet wide shall be maintained. By September 30, 1996, spruce and pine <br />trees with a minimum height of six feet shall be infill planted and maintained as indicated <br />on the 3/13/96 drawing labeled "Landscape Buffer Additional Planting Detail". Property <br />owner shall be responsible for maintaining all new and existing trees in this area and shall <br />replace any new or existing trees in this area that die as a result of neglect, natural causes, <br />natural disasters, or abuse or damage caused by the property owner or tenants. Replacement <br />conifer trees shall be at least six feet high. <br />12. The chain link fence, shown in the buffer area plan of 3/13/96, shall be replaced with an 80% <br />opaque screen fence at least 8 feet in height. <br />13. The area directly north of the aforementioned 15 feet wide tree strip and extending to a line <br />40 feet north of the south property line shall be seeded, planted and permanently maintained <br />as per the adopted master buffer plan by September 30, 1996.
