County Road C. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Wicklund: <br /> <br />As we previously indicated to you, the Roseville City Council, at its March 25, 1996 meeting, <br />continued (with the applicant's approval) the application for a conditional use permit to operate a U- <br />Haul truck and trailer rental business and a variance to the zoning ordinance for outside storage at <br />1450 W. County Road C to the July 22, 1996 Council meeting to allow the applicant and City staff <br />to work together on alternatives to the existing storage and to provide a master plan for buffering the <br />uses. Previously, the Roseville Planning Commission continued their hearing on these issues to their <br />July 10, 1996 Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Consistent with the Minnesota State Statute 15.99, please be advised that the approval of the time <br />extension constitutes a waiver of the 6O-day agency review time line contained in those statutes.
