In Summary <br /> <br />The neighborhood as a whole shares the concern that the entir'e area be reviewed and <br />brought into compliance with at least the minimum standards currently outlined in <br />the Roseville Zoning Code. It would be our hope that even more protection for the <br />residences might be offered in cases where industrial changes are proposed (such as <br />open storage) which have a strong possibility ofbringing down residential property <br />values. In addition, it is our request that this process be given high priority, as we <br />feel those gaps in the tree barrier need fi11ing right away, and we do not want to lose <br />another growing season. <br />
