County Road C <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Re: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a truck and trailer rental business and a <br />variance to the zoning code for outside storage at 1450 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Wicklund: <br /> <br />At the August 26, 1996 meeting, the City Council accepted your withdrawal of a request for a <br />conditional use permit to operate a truck and trailer rental business and a variance to the zoning <br />code for outside storage at 1450 W. County Road C. <br /> <br />Section 1007 .02D 12 requires a conditional use permit for the rental or leasing of motor vehicles <br />in an I-I Light Industrial Zoning District. The truck and trailer rental business, currently <br />operating at your address, is in violation of this section of the code and must cease immediately. <br /> <br />Section 1007 .02B states that all open storage is prohibited in a Light Industrial District. All <br />.storage shall be maintained within a closed building. The outside storage of irrigation and <br />landscaping materials is in violation of this section of the code and must be removed <br />immediately. <br /> <br />Please consider this letter written notice to correct the above noted violations corrected within 10 <br />days. Following this period, a Zoning Enforcement Officer will visit the site.
