In addition, I have <br />enclosed a topographical survey and the appropriate easement documents for this property. You <br />will notice that on our original site plan we deprived ourselves of 20 feet on our northernmost <br />boundary. The utility easement on the north is highlighted on the topographical survey which was <br />conducted in 1995. Please note the easement is not in the northwest comer; therefore, it does not <br />affect the setback requirements for the convenience store. <br /> <br />At my last meeting, there was a question regarding the circular symbols with triangles inside <br />which were located by the tanks. These symbols represent monitoring wells. Another question <br />was raised concerning whether the existing 10,OOO-gallon tank was being used. The answer is <br />yes, it is currently being used and will stay in service. The fill caps for these tanks are located in <br />the westernmost manhole covers of the two proposed IO,OOO-gallon storage tanks. <br /> <br />I believe we are in compliance with all applicable setbacks as stated in your current ordinances.
