EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City ofRoseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 28th day of May, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, REZONING, AND PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR BRUCE KATH TO CONSTRUCT A GAS STATION/CONVENIENCE STORE/CAR WASH AT 1912 LEXINGTON AVENUE. WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City of Roseville has adopted zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and WHEREAS, said regulations provided that a motor fuel station may be allowed within the confines of a B-2 and B-3 retail zoning district as a conditional use but is not allowed in the B-1 zoning district; and WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit, rezoning, and preliminary plat for a motor fuel station has been requested by Bruce Kath; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended approval of such rezoning, conditional use permit, and preliminary plat subject to certain conditions on May 8, 1996; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit, rezoning, and preliminary plat at a public hearing held on May 28, 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council ofthe city of Roseville, Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit, rezoning and preliminary plat for a motor fuel station within a B-2 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: 1. Exterior materials shall be of one consistent design and finish on all four sides, with the predominate material brick, the trim materials color impregnated break-off block and metal.
