Kath Brothers have owned portions of the subject property since 1946. Some years ago they sold the Ace's 66 service station portion of the property, but have recently re-acquired that portion of the property. Bruce Kath is a second-generation member of the Kath Brothers family business and was born and raised in a house which was previously located on a portion of the subject property. Location: The subject property is located at the southeast comer of the intersection of Lexington Avenue and Roselawn Avenue. The property is bordered on the north by Roselawn Avenue and (across the street) Suburban True Value Hardware, on the west by Lexington Avenue and (across the street) REMAX Real.ty office building and the Roseville Internal Medicine clinic, on the south by apartment buildings and on the east by single-family residential. Current Use: The property is currently developed with two older commercial buildings, a single- story gas station building at 1912 Lexington Avenue, currently occupied by Ace's 66 Service Station and Automobile Repair, and a single-story building at 1080 Roselawn Avenue, currently occupied by a real. estate firm.
