This is a <br />residential neighborhood --- we do not feel that <br />a beauty shop in a home in this area is proper!!! <br /> <br />A beauty shop in a home in this area could have <br />3 to 5 cars at one time. While one client may <br />be getting a permanent, she could wash and cut <br />another client's hair -- then a car arrives <br />for her next appointment.
