<br />ADDENDUM <br /> <br />This document is an Addendum to the application of <br />Stacey J. Pittroff for a Special Use Permit. <br /> <br />Stacey Jean Pittroff is the fee owner of property <br />located at 1655 Stanbridge Avenue, Roseville, Minnesota. <br />Stacey is graduating from cosmetology school, and would like <br />to open up a business in her home to provide cosmetology <br />s~rvices. <br /> <br />Principally, <br />appointment only) <br />will also provide <br />grooming. <br /> <br />the services she intends to offer (by <br />are facials, manicures and pedicures. Essentially, she <br />is aware that such a business cannot be open to the public, <br />but that any business must be by appointment only. Secondly, <br />the business must be operated from a room within the house <br />and not in any accessory building. Finally, Stacey, as owner <br />and operator of the business, would be the only employee. <br />She would not retain any outside help. <br /> <br />With the foregoing in mind, the application has been <br />submitted for review and approval. If it is necessary to <br />provide additional information to supplement the application, <br />it is respectfully requested that the City so advise. <br /> <br />
