Defining the hours the business is conducted during the week. <br />2. Stipulating that there shall be no more than two client cars at a time and that those cars <br />must be parked off street. <br />3. That the conditional use permit is issued to the applicant only and shall automatically <br />expire with the sale of the property. <br />4. That there shall be no product sales on site except sales of products to individuals at the <br />time the service is rendered if appropriate. <br />5. That there shall be no other employees providing service and that the business shall not <br />occupy more than one room in the house. <br />6. That the structure must meet life safety exiting criteria of the City Codes. <br />7. That the non-lighted sign be no more than 3 square feet. <br />8. That non-compliance by the applicant with any of the conditions can be grounds for <br />immediate revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />9.
