County <br />Road B. <br /> <br />Baclmround: <br /> <br />Mary Woessner owns property at 925 W. County Road B. The parcel is exceptionally deep, <br />being 103.78 feet wide and 516.64 feet deep. It extends north from County Road B to the <br />recently constructed Milton Street cul-de-sac. Given the size of the property, the Woessner's <br />appeared before the Planning Commission in 1995 seeking to divide the property into three lots. <br />In order to accomplish this, one of the lots needed to be configured as a flag lot. The Planning <br />Commission recommended denial of the proposed flag lot design and ultimately the application <br />was withdrawn. With this request for a division of a platted lot, the Woessner's are now seeking <br />to divide the property into two lots. One facing County Road B and the other facing Milton <br />Street. <br /> <br />Develooment Summary: <br /> <br />The property Mrs. Woessner would like to divide is 1.23 acres in size and is zoned R-l Single <br />Family. It has 103.78 feet of frontage on the north side of County Road B, as well as 62 lineal <br />feet of frontage on the new Milton Street cul-de-sac.
