<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Mary Woessner's request for a division
<br />of platted lot at 925 W. County Road B with the condition that the curb cuts
<br />and utility services remain as currently constructed and brought into compliance
<br />with the Code at the time of the issuance of a building permit for the lot be
<br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Myron Jon Wynia's request for a
<br />division of platted lot at 2097 Rice Street be approved with the conditions
<br />stipulated by the Engineering report of April 15, 1996. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Kettler Construction's request for an
<br />amendment to the already approved PUD to allow a 3.5 foot setback for Lots
<br />33 and 34 of Block 2, and reword a portion of the POD Agreement to more
<br />clearly specify that units or porches on Lots 15 through 22 of Block 2 shall
<br />be set no closer than 5 feet to the south property line be approved. Roll Call,
<br />Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: Wiski.

<br />G-8 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that the Council's policy to hold one
<br />hearing and two readings on proposed changes to the City Code be approved,
<br />and Council accept the first reading of an ordinance requiring a Conditional
<br />Use Permit for establishing or expanding any church or school facility within
<br />an R-I or R-2 zone, and establishing the regular City Council meeting of
<br />May 13, 1996 as the second reading and decision on the proposed ordinance.

<br />Maschka moved, Wiski seconded, that the annual permit for the water ski jump
<br />and slalom course on Lake Owasso be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski,
<br />Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, that a task force be formed consisting of
<br />the Lake Owasso Neighborhood Association and other interested parties to
<br />begin the process of putting together a Joint Powers Agreement between the
<br />cities of Roseville and Shoreview regarding the no wake zone on Lake Owasso,
<br />and present it to the Roseville City Council in a time frame not to exceed six
<br />months from now. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel, and
<br />Wall. Nays: None.
