That Plaintiff, Rosetown Ridge Development Company, a <br />Minnesota corporation, ("Rosetown") is owner in fee of real <br />property in Ramsey County, Minnesota, legally described as <br />follows: <br />Lots 8, 17 and 34, Block 2, Rosetown Ridge. <br />2. Plaintiff, City of Roseville, a public body corporate <br />and politic under the laws of the State of Minnesota ("City"), is <br />the owner in fee of a public road located in the subdivision of <br />Rosetown Ridge, Ramsey County, Minnesota, described as Overlook <br />Drive. <br />3. Lots 8, 17 and 34, Block 2, and Overlook Drive, all <br />within the plat of Rosetown Ridge, may hereinafter together be <br />referred to as the "Premises". <br /> <br /> <br />
