Caplet and Katherine Caplet, husband and wife, conveyed <br /> <br />that part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of the <br /> <br />Northeast Quarter of section 11, Township 29, Range 23, described <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />commencing at a point 33 feet West and 33 feet South of the <br />Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter of section 11, Township 29, Range 23; thence West on <br />a line parallel to the North line of said Northeast Quarter, <br />362.84 feet to point of beginning; thence West in the same <br />line 98.97 feet; thence South 409.56 feet to a point 494.05 <br />feet West of the East line of said Section; thence East <br />98.81 feet; thence North 409.83 feet to place of beginning, <br />according to the United States Government Survey thereof and <br />situate in Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />8. That by Warranty Deed dated October 9, 1930, filed <br /> <br />November 18, 1938, in Book "1020" Deeds, Page 205, File No. <br /> <br />939772, E. W. Caplet conveyed that part of the East Half of the <br /> <br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of section 11, <br /> <br />Township 29, Range 23, described as follows: <br /> <br />The West one-half of the West one-half of the East Half of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section <br />11, Township 29, Range 23, according to the united States <br />Government Survey thereof and situate in Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />9. That the conveyance of the two parcels described in <br />Paragraphs 5 and 6 above created a diminutive and unintended gap <br />between the two parcels, which gap property is located within the <br />Premises. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />
