<br /> <br />10. That at no time prior to the date hereof was an <br />instrument filed purporting to transfer fee simple title from E. <br />w. caplet and Katherine caplet to the Premises. <br />9. That for more than 15 years, plaintiffs and their <br />predecessors in title have been in possession of the Premises, <br />which possession was open and adverse to any interest which might <br />be claimed by Defendants. <br />WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demands judgment as follows: <br />1. That Plaintiff, Rosetown, is the owner in fee simple of <br />the real property described as Lots 8, 17, and 34, Block 2, <br />Rosetwon Ridge, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />2. That Plaintiff, city is the owner in fee simple of the <br />real property described as Overlook Drive, and located within the <br />subdivision of Rosetown Ridge, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />3. That Defendants be adjudged and decreed to have no <br />right, title, interest or lien in the real property described in <br />paragraph 1 hereof or any part thereof of any kind or nature <br />whatsoever. <br />4. That Defendants, and each of them, be forever excluded <br />and barred from any and all interest therein or lien thereon. <br />5. That Plaintiffs' title be quieted and confirmed. <br />6.
