<br />The City Council of the City ofRoseviUe, MiMesota, does hereby ordain:

<br />Chapter 702 of the City Code is hereby amended to read as foUows:
<br />
<br />702.01: ADOPTION OF CODE: For the purpose of regulating the operation of motor boats on the public
<br />waters within the City. the provisions of MiMe sot a Statutes Annotated (M.S.A.). section 86B.00I, et seq.,
<br />are adopted and by this reference made a part of this Chapter as completely as if set forth in ful1 herein. (Orci

<br />70202: DEFINITION: The words "motor boat" as used in this Chapter means a watercraft propelled in aD)'
<br />manner by machinery, including watercraft temporarily equipped with detachable motors. ( 1995 Code)
