SPECIFICATIONS WHICH APPLY <br /> <br />The specifications which apply to the construction of the sanitary sewer, storm sewer and <br />watermain work as shown in the plans shall be "Standard Utility Specifications for <br />Watermain and Service Line Installation and Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Installation, <br />Revised 1988", as prepared by the City Engineer's Association of Minnesota; and the stan- <br />dard utility specifications for the City of Roseville; to the extent that they are modified by <br />these special provisions. <br /> <br /> <br />2. SANITARY SEWER. STORM SEWER AND W A TERMAIN <br /> <br />2.1 Materials <br /> <br />A. Sanitary Sewer: <br /> <br />1. Sanitary manholes shall be eccentric cone and in accordance with Roseville <br />standard spec. 505.3. <br /> <br /> <br />2. P.V.C. (poly-Vinyl Chloride) shall be used for gravity sanitary sewer 8" and 10" <br />diameter with a maximum cover of 21' and shall conform to the requirements of <br />A.S.T.M. D-3034 Schedule SDR 35 or A.S.T.M.-F-789-82 with third party <br />certification. SDR 35 to 15 foot depth, and SDR 26 15 to 21 foot depth. <br /> <br />B. Watermain <br /> <br />1. 6" Diameter Class No. 52. <br /> <br />2. 8" Diameter Class No. 52. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />3. Hydrants (special with 16" break off see watermain specs.) <br />
