<br />TSCHIDA OWASSO HILLS PLAT 4 <br /> <br />4.4 Plant-Mixed Bituminous Pavement (2331) <br /> <br />The plant-mixed bituminous pavement shall be constructed in accordance with the <br />provisions of2331, except as modified as follows: <br /> <br />The Contractor shall take special measures to prevent damage to edges of concrete <br />curbs and gutters during paving and rolling operations. Damage to such will result in <br />the removal and replacement of such damaged facilities without compensation. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall submit a job mix design utilizing his planned aggregate source. <br />The job mix design shall be accomplished by an independent laboratory approved by <br />the Engineer. <br /> <br />The following shall apply to the job mix design: <br /> <br />Trial Mix Tests <br /> <br />Trial Properties <br /> <br />Wear <br />Mir1.
