<br />r <br /> <br />TSCHIDA OW ASSO HILLS PLAT 4 <br /> <br />5.11 Sodding <br /> <br />This work will include preparation of area to be sodded, installation of sod, topsoil and <br />any staking necessary and watering. Measurement is based on the quantity of sod <br />installed on a square yard basis and payment will be made at the contract unit price per <br />square yard. <br /> <br />5.12 Seed <br /> <br />Seeding will include preparation of areas to be seeded, installation of 4" depth topsoil <br />where needed, seeding and fertilizing. Payment will be at the contract unit price per <br />acre. Measurement of seeding will be based on the quantity in acres placed. Payment <br />will not be made for seeding of areas not approved by Engineer prior to placing. <br /> <br />5.13 Mulch <br /> <br />Payment will be made at the contract unit price per ton of mulch placed. The quantity <br />for payment will be based on the measured acres of seeding times 2 tons per acre. <br />Disc anchoring of mulch is incidental. <br /> <br />-9- <br />
