One <br />contract unit price for all concrete curb and gutter including dri\'eway openings. <br />Measurement will be the measured in-place lineal feet of curb and gutter. Driveway <br />aprons are not included in this contract. <br /> <br />5.9 Saw Cut Existing Bituminous <br /> <br />Payment \vill be included in contract lump sum price for street restoration. <br /> <br />5.1 0 Street Restoration <br /> <br />Payment will be at the contract unit price. Measurement will be lump sum and will <br />include all labor, tools, equipment, materials, and cleanup as required for complete <br />restoration of street area disturbed during construction. <br />-8- <br />
