Repair the intersection of Farrington and Stanbridge Circle. <br /> <br />2. Final grade, place top soil, and sod along the north and south sides of Stanbridge <br />Circle from Farrington Street to the start of the circle and from the back of curb <br />to the right-of-way lines. <br /> <br />3. A fmal inspection of the concrete curb and gutter needs to be done. The Public <br />Works will determine if any needs to be removed and replaced. <br /> <br />4. Remove bad sections of the bituminous street, test roll the base, replace base if <br />needed, replace bituminous base course, and lay wear course to complete the <br />street. <br /> <br />5.
