<br /> <br />August 18, 1997 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />6. Complete fInal grading along the east side of the plat and sod ditch to reduce <br />erosion. This ditch must flow north to South Owasso Boulevard. At this time <br />it doesn't. <br /> <br />7. Final grading of pond needs to be completed. Removal of silt in the pond needs <br />to be completed and the removal of silt within the storm sewer pipes. The catch <br />basin at the northwest comer of the pond has sand and silt in it. This needs to <br />be removed. <br /> <br />13, Turf establishment on those lots not built on must be completed. <br /> <br /> <br />8. Inspection of the storm sewer lines in Farrington Street must be done and any <br />sand or silt within the pipes or catch basins removed. <br /> <br />9. There is an electrical wire that would serve 340 Stanbridge Circle that is exposed. <br />The covering over the wires has been removed and needs to be replaced. <br /> <br />10. The Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Water mains need to have a fInal <br />inspection done on them by the contractor and the City of Roseville's Utility <br />Department. <br /> <br />11. The new hydrant in the circle is not 18" above grade as per code. <br /> <br />12. There are no street lights placed. Two lights are required, one at Farrington <br />Street and one at the end of the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />If the above list of defaults are not removed within two weeks of your receiving this <br />notice, the City will draw on your cash deposit to have said defaults removed.
