Repair the intersection of Farrington and Stanbridge Circle. <br /> <br />2. Final grade, place top soil, and sod along the north and south sides of Stanbridge Circle from <br />Farrington Street to the start of the circle and from the back of curb to the right-of-way lines. <br /> <br />3. A final inspection of the concrete curb and gutter needs to be done. The Public Works will <br />determine if any needs to be removed and replaced. <br /> <br />4. Remove bad sections of the bituminous street, test roll the base, replace base if needed, <br />replace bituminous base course, and lay wear course to complete the street. <br /> <br />5. Remove silt and resod if needed from the rear yard of2973 Farrington Street <br /> <br />6. Complete final grading along the east side of the plat and sod ditch to reduce erosion. <br />This ditch must flow north to South Owasso Boulevard. At this time it doesn't. <br /> <br />7. Final grading of pond needs to be completed. Removal of silt in the pond needs to be <br />completed and the removal of silt within the storm sewer pipes. The catch basin at the <br />northwest corner of the pond has sand and silt in it. This needs to be removed. <br /> <br />8. Inspection of the storm sewer lines in Farrington Street must be done and any sand or silt <br />within the pipes or catch basins removed. <br /> <br />9. There is an electrical wire that would serve 340 Stanbridge Circle that is exposed. The <br />covering over the wires has been removed and needs to be replaced. <br /> <br />10. The Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Water mains need to have a final inspection done on <br />them by the contractor and the City ofRoseville's Utility Department. <br /> <br />, . <br /> <br />11. The new hydrant in the circle is not 18" above grade as per code. <br /> <br />12. There are no street lights placed. Two lights are required, one at Farrington Street and <br />one at the end of the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />13.
