<br />B). As part of the total allowed area of signage, one pylon or ground sign per building <br />will be allowed with a maximum square footage of 75 square feet per face. The square <br />footage on the pylon or ground mounted sign will not count against the percentage of <br />allowable wall signage. <br /> <br />C). Where more than one business or industry is housed in a single building, <br />allowable signs and sign area may be shared, but will not exceed the maximum <br />allowance as outlined above in A. <br /> <br />D). If a development chooses not to have a pylon or ground sign, a bonus in total <br />allowed area of signage will be given as 7% plus 75 square feet bonus or 225 square feet. <br /> <br />E). Wall signage for tenant spaces on portions of the building that do not front on <br />public streets will be allowed an area of wall signage not to exceed 1/2 the allowable <br />area of wall signage for the affected building. <br /> <br />F).
