On July 22, 1996, the City Council will be asked by Ryan and the city planning staff to approve t)1e
withdrawal of the variance request because there no longer is a need for a variance. The planning
staff will also recommend that the staff be directed in the future to begin work on an overall master
Planned Unit Development Plan for all of Twin Lakes properties as they redevelop. In addition the
staff will begin work on reductions in parking setback requirements for all passenger vehicles parked
within industrial districts. I hope this answers your concerns. Please feel free to contact me if there
are questions.

Sincerely,

~'PWtOi.cL

Dennis P.
