You expressed concern
regarding the closeness of the Ryan building to the Dorso site.

In the past week Ryan has revised the site plan in the following manner:

1) The building is now 100,000 s.f. in size; materials have been improved in color and trim
content from previous buildings; landscaping will be improved.

2) The building and site plan now meet the city code and need no setback variances.

3) Ryan has proposed to construct the public street along Iona Lane, within the existing right-
of-way, with an W1derstanding that the paved area may be used for public on-street passenger
vehicle parking W1til such time as the city detennines that it may be needed for a through
street.

4) The required surface water ponding will be constructed on the Ryan site and may be a
pennanent solution to the ponding needs for Ryan. However, if the city provides access to
a pennanent pond within the next year, Ryan will eliminate its individual ponding site.

1

- .
