MINIMUM LANDSCAPE AREA At least 25 percent of the total land area under development shall be landscaped with grass, approved ground cover, or shrubbery and trees. Interior Plantings: Developers shall provide a planting design which incorporates a variety of plant materials~ Developers are encouraged to incorporate a few larger trees over 5 inches in call per into the landscape design to create a more mature looking development. -7 F. IRRIGA nON In order to assure the maintenance and healthy character of all plant materials, underground irrigation shali be required in all Industrial and Commercial Districts and residential developments that consist of three or more units per building. All lawn areas around roads, drives, walks, and parking lots shall be fully irrIgated. Each project lhall provide in all naturalized planting areas quick coupies for watering hoses. These couples shall be located so that any natural planting areas can be watered without hoses croasing drives, parking lots, or walks.
