Special emphasis will be on providing an <br />overview of wireless, use of cable television, and new public safety radio technology. In <br />addition, there will be discussion as to what the current trends.are in the metro area with respect <br />to these new technologies and how Roseville citizens may be affected. <br /> <br />From this overview, it is expected the Council can better guide staff on future discussions of <br />policy directions as those policies relate to technology-related issues. <br /> <br />I.
