<br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 1012 OF THE CITY CODE <br /> <br />The City Council of the City ofRoseville ordains: <br /> <br />Section 1. Section 1012.10 is hereby renamed "Tower and Other Structure <br />Height and Placement Limitations". <br /> <br />Section 2. Section 1012.10 (Height Limitation Exemptions) is hereby <br />amended as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1012.10 <br /> <br />A. Private and Commercial Antennas and Towers <br /> <br />1.1 Property owned or controlled by agreement or easement by the City <br />shall be permitted sites for antennas and towers. <br /> <br />1.2 Private receiving or transmitting antennas and towers more than twenty <br />feet (20') in height above a man-made structure or more than fifty feet <br />(50') in height above the ground if constructed on the ground. shall <br />require conditional use. <br /> <br />2. Commercial receiving or transmitting antennas and towers regardless <br />of height or size with the exception of satellite dish antennas less than <br />95 square feet in size or 6 feet in height. shall connect to and use City <br />tower sites if use of such facilities are technically feasible. In case <br />where the site may not be technically feasible. the applicant shall <br />demonstrate the technical problems of the site. <br /> <br />1:. Commercial receiving or transmitting antennas and towers not located <br />on a City owned or controlled site shall only be allowed within a <br />commercial. industrial. or PUD zone and shall require a conditional use <br />permit and demonstrate that alternate city owned or controlled sites are <br /> <br />I <br />
