<br />not feasible. <br /> <br />4. The applicant shall present documentation of the possession of any <br />required license by any Federal. State or local agency. <br /> <br />i. All antennas and towers shall be subiect to the appropriate <br />requirements of Section 1012.10A8 and the setback requirements <br />established for accessory structures in the applicable commercial. <br />industrial or PUD zoning district. <br /> <br />6. All antennas and towers shall be located on an individual parcel or lot. <br />and be designed and situated to be visually unobtrusive. shall be <br />screened as appropriate. shall utilize a City approved gray or blue <br />color. and shall contain no signage. including logos. except as may be <br />required by any State or Federal re~ations. All towers shall be <br />constructed of corrosive-resistant steel or other such products. Towers <br />shall not be constructed of wood. <br /> <br />1.:. Existing transmitting and receiving facilities at the time of the adoption <br />of this Section may remain in service. However. at such time as any <br />material change is made in the facilities. full compliance with this <br />section shall be required. No transmitting or receiving antennas or <br />towers may be added to existing nonconfonning facilities. <br /> <br />~ Antennas. towers. receiving dishes. and support buildings shall be <br />considered as specialized accessory uses in any district and shall be set <br />back a minimum of forty feet (40') from any front property line. and <br />thirty feet (30') from any other property line. <br /> <br />9. Secmity fencing for antennas and towers may include chain link and <br />barbed wire to a total hei~t of eight (8') feet above grade. <br /> <br />10. Support buildings to house switching and other communication <br />equipment shall have two off street. paved parking spaces. <br /> <br />2 <br />
