Dale Street, and has lived there since July of 1989. The <br />above mentioned lot is located on the southwest comer of Dale and the Sextant cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />The existing lot is approximately 37,200 square feet in size, and is currently zoned R-l Single <br />Family Residential. There is 120 feet of frontage on Dale Street, and approximately 310 feet <br />along Sextant Avenue. It is Ms. Tuerk's proposal to subdivide her property into three (3) single <br />family lots. <br /> <br />Development Summary <br /> <br />The property that Virginia Tuerk would like to divide is approximately 37,200 square feet in size <br />and is zoned R-l Single Family Residential. There is 120 feet of frontage on Dale Street, and <br />approximately 310 feet along Sextant Avenue. <br /> <br />Virginia Tuerk's lot would measure 120 feet of frontage on Dale Street and 125 feet deep along <br />Sextant Avenue. The other two lots would both measure 92 feet of frontage on Sextant, and 120 <br />feet deep.
