Dale Street. Back:round: Virginia Tuerk currently lives at 2424 N. Dale Street, and has lived there since July of 1989. The above mentioned lot is located on the southwest comer of Dale and the Sextant cul-de-sac. The existing lot is approximately 37,200 square feet in size, and is currently zoned R-l Single Family Residential. There is 120 feet of frontage on Dale Street, and approximately 310 feet along Sextant Avenue. It is Ms. Tuerk's proposal to subdivide her property into three (3) single family lots. Development Summary The property that Virginia Tuerk would like to divide is approximately 37,200 square feet in size and is zoned R-l Single Family Residential. There is 120 feet of frontage on Dale Street, and approximately 310 feet along Sextant Avenue. Virginia Tuerk's lot would measure 120 feet of frontage on Dale Street and 125 feet deep along Sextant Avenue. The other two lots would both measure 92 feet of frontage on Sextant, and 120 feet deep. These newly created lots would be for sale for single family homes.
