County Road <br />B. <br /> <br />Back&round <br /> <br />The property at 982 W. County Road B was purchased by Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Weyandt in <br />October of 1995. The current lot size is 24,414 square feet in size, and is bordered by County <br />Road B on the north, and Burke Avenue to the south. <br /> <br />It is the Weyandt's intention to divide the existing lot into two separate parcels. The northern lot <br />would be 13,411 square feet in size and the other would be 11,003 square feet in size. The <br />division of the property would be consistent with other properties in the area. <br /> <br />The property at 982 W. County Road B is currently zoned R-1 Single Family and is guided as <br />low density residential development in the Roseville Comprehensive Land Use Guide Plan. <br /> <br />Development Summary: <br /> <br />The property that Mr. and Mrs. Weyandt would like to divide is approximately 24,414 square <br />feet in size and is zoned R-1 Single Family.
