Pedestrian access from County Road C-2 to Centennial on the west side must be <br />provided by the applicant. <br /> <br />h. The City staff must prepare a study of the need for no parking signage along the <br />south side of County Road C-2 and on Centennial (to reduce confticts with right <br />turn movements). <br /> <br />I. The building must meet City Code commercial design standards. <br /> <br />j. The HV AC must be moved away from residential areas, to the south side of the <br />building. <br /> <br />k. The applicant must submit noise standards for proposed HV AC and verify that <br />such HV AC meets the Roseville Noise Ordinance. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendations: <br /> <br />In order to revise the landscape plan to address concerns raised by the Planning Commission, the <br />applicants have requested that the public hearing be continued to the July 8, 1996 Council <br />meeting. Therefore, it is recommended that the City Council continue the public hearing to July <br />8, 1996. Per City's legal counsel, it is recommended that the City Council also adopt a <br />resolution extending the review period 60 days, consistent with Minnesota Statutes 15.99. <br /> <br />SU&lested Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to continue the public hearing on the Roseville Covenant Church requests for preliminary <br />and final plat approval, vacation of easements, and a 16.5 foot height variance from R-l <br />standards of 30 feet for their proposed building at 2865 Hamline Avenue North to the August 12, <br />1996 meeting. Landscape, screening, fencing plans, HV AC locations, and final grading plans <br />were not submitted in time for staff review.
