The applicant should be <br />aware that the sanitary sewer main is located in the center of Chatsworth Street. There <br />may be significant expense involved in providing the lot with sanitary sewer service. The Planning Commission, at the July 10, 1996 meeting, unanimously recommended <br />approval of Eleanora Reisinger request for a division of platted lot at 1850 <br />Chatsworth Street subject to the applicant paying a storm sewer assessment of <br />$559,17. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />The site under consideration is approximately 39,280 square feet in size and is zoned R-1, single <br />family ~esidential. The proposed lot di\'ision would create a new family lot that would be <br />consistent with the City's zoning ordinance and Comprehensi\'e Land Use Guide Plan.
