Without right-of-way and setback requirements, locations of building pads must be <br />established as a part of the planned unit development. <br /> <br />These questions, together with the infonnation requested in the planned unit development and <br />subdivision chapters must be addressed before your application can be considered complete. If <br />your application is for a planned unit development, one of the procedural requirements for the <br />review of a planned unit development is a "sketch plan" meeting with the City Planning <br />Commission. If more of this infonnation can be provided to City staff within the next 10 days, <br />the Commission could conduct a sketch plan review of your proposed project at their July 10, <br />1996 meeting. BaSed on the Commission's reaction, the pu,blic hearing could be scheduled for <br />the August 14, 1996 meeting.
