<br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />July 10, 1996 <br /> <br />effective after approval signatures in publication. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Cunningham, Rhody, Wilke, Sandstrom, Harms, Wietecki <br />None <br /> <br />MOTION: Chairman Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Wilke, to recommend <br />approval of a Conditional Use Permit on Lot 1, Block 1, as per the Draft Resolution <br />PC7/10/96d with the addition/correction of 4 conditions: <br /> <br />#23 - If additional significant changes occur to the site plan because of internal traffic <br />flow redesign, the City Council will send the site plan back to the Planning Commission <br />for review. <br /> <br />#24 - The landscaping along the east side of the property line shall be attached to Lot 1 <br />by easement. <br /> <br />#25 - The fence along the west side of Lexington Avenue shall be constructed in the <br />adjoining property as per the proposal with the permission of the land owner. <br /> <br />#26 - Violation of the terms and conditions of the Conditional Use Permit shall be <br />considered a violation of the City Code and may include fines anellor revocation of the <br />permit. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION: Member Cunningham commended both the neighborhood and the <br />applicant, and said he felt the gas station will be an improvement to the corner. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Cunningham, Wilke, Sandstrom, Harms, Wietecki <br />Rhody <br /> <br />Member Rhody was opposed because of design issues. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Harms to recommend <br />approval of a Draft Resolution PC?/l 0/96e approving the preliminary and final plat. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Cunningham, Rhody, Wilke, Sandstrom, Harms, Wietecki <br />None <br /> <br />12 <br />
