<br />Staff recommends approval of Fairdale Investors/Starbucks request for a conditional use permit <br />for a restaurant facility at 2305 Fairview Avenue subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the parking aisle on the southeast side of the building be restructured for angled <br />parking and be one-way with a minimum width of 16 feet; and that the signage be <br />provided to indicate that the drive aisle is one-way only. <br /> <br />2. That the proposed pedestrian ramp meet ADA and City requirements. <br /> <br />3. That a landscape plan be submitted and reviewed by the City planning staff. <br /> <br />4. All drawings dated 6-4-96 are considered part ofthe conditional use permit. <br /> <br />5. Violation ofthe terms and conditions of the Conditional Use Permit shall be considered a <br />violation of the City Code and may include fines and/or revocation of the permit. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve a resolution for a conditional use permit for a coffee kiosk at 2305 Fairview <br />Avenue (Fairdale Shoppes)subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1.
