Rice Street <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Willey: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its August 26, 1996 meeting, approved your request for a conditional <br />use permit for exterior storage facilities at Midway marine, 1945 Rice Street with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the permit shall be for display purposes only. No storage or other accessory use of the <br />portable facilities shall be allowed. <br /> <br />2. That all building setback requirements for structures shall be complied with. <br /> <br />3. That a site plan shall be filed with the City of Roseville, prior to Council approval, <br />illustrating where the outdoor display will be located, delineating site parking and an <br />organized location for the storage of boats waiting repair. <br /> <br />4. That adequate screening (6 to 8 foot fence, 80 percent opaque, or combination of evergreen <br />and existing vegetation which screens to a height of 6 feet in three growing seasons) be <br />provided to the residential neighborhood to the west of the subject property. <br /> <br />5. That violation of the tenns and conditions of the conditional use permit shall be considered <br />a violation of the City Code and may include fines and/or revocation of the permit. <br /> <br />6.
