<br />1. Any changes from the 1800 square foot coffee shop in this application, . <br />requires a new application and hearing. <br /> <br />2. The Library must examine and report on the possible extension of hours <br />on Sundays. <br /> <br />3. The coffee shop operation, within the Library, shall be reviewed by the staff <br />on the one year anniversary of the approval of the Planned Unit <br />Development and reported to the Planning Commission and/or City Council <br />regarding the impacts and the effectiveness of the shop. <br /> <br />Suggested Council Action: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve an ordinance rezoning the library site at 2180 Hamline <br />Avenue from R-1 to PUD. Publication of the ordinance will occur upon execution <br />of the PUD agreement. <br /> <br />2. Motion to approve Bruce Thompson/Ramsey County Library request for general <br />concept and final plan PUD approval of a retail coffee shop within the Ramsey <br />County Library at 2180 Hamline Avenue with the following conditions: <br /> <br />a.
