Description Of The Permit Action <br /> <br />The Pennittee is an existing non-major source under the New Source Review (NSR) regulation. <br />The proposed action to install and operate a new electro less copper plating line, which consists of <br />a series of solution baths, is a non-major modification under the NSR regulation. However, the <br />modification authorized under this permit requires a moderate permit amendment as specified in <br />Minn. Rules pt. 7007.1450. <br /> <br />1.3.
