Byadjusting the lot lines andreconfiguring the <br />building footprints, the applicant can add approximately squarefeet of building <br />spaceandto60additionalnewjobs to this site while stillmeetingtheintentofthe <br />planned unit development andthe standards ofthe general industrial zoning district. <br />Thestaff recommends approval ofCSMCorporation’s application for anamendmentto <br />the Gateway WestBusiness Center planned unit development, a of the existing <br />lot subdivision, consistent with the PUD amendment, and the vacation ofcertain <br />drainageandutilityeasementswithin the existing plat. <br />
