County Road C-2 <br />Roseville, MN 55113 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Graddy: <br /> <br />The Roseville City Council, at its December 16, 1996 meeting, voted to construe Resolution 8448, <br />Rosedale ChevroletlMack Truck vacation of that portion of County Road C-2, lying between Long <br />Lake Road and 135W because of the conditions attached and because the work was never <br />completed or filed with the County to be null and void. The Council also approved a resolution <br />vacating the north half of County Road C-2 right-of-way, lying east of Long Lake Road/Partridge <br />Road and west of 135W, subject to the following condition: <br /> <br />1. The 20 foot drainage and utility easement be retained/granted. <br /> <br />The Council also approved the following conditions' to be attached to the grading permit and <br />driveway permit necessary for making the proposed improvements to the 'site; <br />, . <br /> <br />1. The required deferred assessments must be paid. <br />2. The concrete curb and gutter must be installed around the perimeter of the existing and <br />new parking areas. <br />3. The driveway entrance on Mack Truck property to the County Road C-2 right-of-way, from <br />Long Lake Road, must be closed with concrete curb and gutter installed by the applicant. <br />The City will close the Rosedale Chevrolet portion of the C-2 right-of-way. <br />4. The applicant must provide an emergency oyerflow to the proposed ponding in the <br />southeast corner of the property. <br />5. That the 'Iandscape plan, as proposed, be augmented with boulevard tree planting <br />consistent with the Street Tree Master Plan. <br />6.
