That the landscape plan, as proposed, be augmented with boulevard tree <br />planting consistent with the Street Tree Master Plan. <br />6. All work must be completed in 2 years of permit issuance. <br /> <br />A draft resolution vacating that portion of County Road C-2, between Long Lake Road <br />and 135W is included for City Council review. In order to adopt this new resolution, the <br />City's legal counsel has advised that Resolution 8448, adopted in 1989, vacating the <br />entire right-of-way to Rosedale Chevrolet and Twin City Mack Truck, should be <br />rescinded. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Recommendations: <br /> <br />On November 13,1996, the Planning Commission unanimously recommended <br />that Resolution 8448 be rescinded and recommended approval of Twin City Mack <br />Truck's request for the vacation of the north half of County Road C-2 right-of-way, <br />lying east of Long Lake Road/Partridge Road and west of 135W. The Commission <br />recommended the following conditions/improvements be made to the site: <br /> <br />1.' A 20 foot utility and drainage easement be should be granted and retained <br />,on this site., , ..', <br />2. That the required deferred assessments b'epaid. <br />3. That concrete curb and gutter be installed around the perimeter of the <br />existing and new parking areas. <br />4. That the entrance to the County Road C-2 right-of-way, from long lake <br />Road, be closed with concrete curb and gutter. <br />5. That the applicant provide an emergency overflow to the proposed ponding <br />in the southeast corner of the property. <br />6. That the landscape plan, as proposed, be augmented with boulevard tree <br />planting consistent with the Street Tree Master Plan. <br />7.
