<br />Y~I <br /> <br />Planning Commission Meeting Minutes <br />September 11, 1996 <br /> <br />6( e) Plannine File 2862: City of Roseville request for a partial vacation of right-of- <br />way on Rose Place, from Snelling Curve, easterly to cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki opened the public hearing and requested Jay Kennedy to present a <br />summary of the 9/11/96 staff report. There are stoops in the right-of-way. <br /> <br />Jay Kennedy illustrated the right-of-way and road construction aligrtments, recommended <br />vacation of two, 28 foot wide road easements. <br /> <br />Steve Ring, 1455 Rose Place, noted that he lives on the north side of Rose Place. When <br />the road was reconstructed, the property was shifted to owners of property along the <br />south side. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki placed a letter from Ring/Redmond on file. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki asked if there were comments from the public. There were none. <br /> <br />Chairman Wietecki closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Member Wietecki moved, seconded by Member Sandstrom, to recommend <br />approval of the City of Roseville's request for a partial vacation of right-of-way on Rose <br />Place, from Snelling Curve, easterly to cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />Roll Call: <br />Ayes: <br />Nayes: <br /> <br />Harms, Cunningham, Rhody, Sandstrom, Wilke, Wietecki <br />None <br /> <br />10 <br />
