<br />Appendix B, continued <br /> <br />Cleveland Avenue (Ramsey County State Aid Highway 46) is currently a four lane divided roadway from <br />County Road C to the I-35W northbound ramps and a four-lane undivided roadway from the I-35W <br />northbound ramps to County Road D. The roadway is functionally classified as an arterial in the county's <br />system. <br /> <br />County Road C (CSAH 23) is currently a four lane divided roadway from Cleveland Avenue to the west and <br />a four-lane undivided roadway to the east, with left turn lanes provided at major intersections. County Road <br />C is also classified as an arterial roadway on the county's system. <br /> <br />County Road D (CSAH 19) County Road D is currently a four lane undivided roadway west of Cleveland <br />A venue and a two-lane roadway between Cleveland Avenue and Fairview Avenue. County Road D is <br />classified as an arterial roadway. <br /> <br />Fairview Avenue (CSAH 48) is currently a four lane divided roadway south of County Road C, a four lane <br />undivided roadway between County Road C and County Road C2 and a two lane roadway north of County <br />Road C2. Fairview Avenue is classified as an arterial roadway. <br /> <br />Existinl!
